We currently offer delivery within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time.

  Shipping Time & Processing

·        All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

·        Once processed, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you via email or SMS.

    Estimated Delivery Time:

·        Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days across the UAE.

  Cash on Delivery (COD)

·        We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders to enhance your convenience.

·        Customers are required to ensure availability at the delivery location at the time of delivery.

   Shipping Charges

·        We offer free shipping across the UAE. No additional delivery fees apply.

   Order Tracking

·        Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

·        You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal or directly via our website.

    Important Notes

·        Delivery Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or high order volumes.

·        Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or canceled.

·        Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will try again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
