Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

·       In its original packaging with all tags intact

·       Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

·       A return shipping label

·       Clear instructions on how and where to send your item

Please do not send products back before receiving confirmation and instructions.


Damages or Order Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

·       Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

·       Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to obtain your desired item is to:

  1. Return the item you have (following approval)
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

·       If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

·       Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
